MCH: Hi David. First of all, can you tell us a little about your background?

David: Hi, thanks for having me! Sure, I moved to Macon, Georgia, from Miami, Florida, over 20 years ago to begin my career as a college professor. Macon is full of antebellum and traditional-style homes, and I was drawn to the charm of this mid-sized Southern town. That’s partly why I decided to buy a 1923 bungalow to explore living in an older home.
